Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders in India, once shipped are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 5-9 business days for the rest of India. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Orders, once shipped are typically delivered in 5-12 days.

Note: Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Email or WhatsApp.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Currently Casebasket.in provides Free Shipping only in India (16 standard states). (4-7 Business Days)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Casebasket.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Casebasket.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But still we can do something for our Casebasket.in family. If you received your order damaged, please take a image of damaged product and forward us via mail or Whastapp. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before mailing us.

Delivered Issues

Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via E-mail or WhatsApp within 2 days from order delivered date. We can’t escalate order delivered issue after 2 days from order delivered date.
